As we head out of a difficult 2020 for many, during this year, we were approached from the owner of Maddison Autos to tender for a project shortly after a recommendation from Richy at KR Electrical, upon meeting the owners and architect we, fortunately, secured the contract to build a second garage to improve on their outstanding reputation, customer service and goals to grow their business.
We are delighted to win this contract as we can help local residents and businesses grow the area making it even more attractive for anyone looking to move area.
We have been on this project for around 3 months. We have also experienced the additional strain due to the national lockdown having a negative effect on material availability and lead times as manufacturers cannot operate to their full potential. However, as a professional company, we feel we have adapted to overcome this to the best of our ability meaning this local garage will soon be bringing you a new experience with their new additional space.
During this project, we have had the opportunity to build on relationships we have with external companies. We certainly would not have a business without these relationships in place.
We want to say a huge thank you to the members of staff and directors of MKM Building Supplies in Gilesgate, Durham, Martin at Beal Architectural who has helped with the design and installation of the steel beams required, Caroline at Mulligans Skip Hire and finally Emma at John Simpson Civils LTD for their prompt service throughout, we are excited to see what 2021 brings for our company and our staff.
