The company is led by Andrew Burns, an NVQ Level 3 qualified bricklayer with over 12 years of construction experience. Our work brings together practical experience in brickwork, groundworks, structural alterations and general building, supported by specialist trades according to the requirements of each project.

Before preparing a quotation, we review the available drawings and project information, discuss what you want to achieve and arrange a site visit where required. We explain any outstanding information needed, clarify responsibilities and discuss the proposed scope so there is a clear basis for pricing and planning the work.

Our detailed project proposals set out what is included, together with assumptions, exclusions and any provisional allowances.

Depending on the agreed package, this may cover foundations, drainage, the main structure, roofing, structural openings and internal finishes. We want you to understand the proposal and have the opportunity to ask questions before committing.

We work with no deposit and an agreed weekly staged payment schedule, with payments made as work progresses. Before starting, we discuss access, working areas, deliveries and arrangements for working around your home.
